REFUND POLICY
- Please inspect your items upon receiving and contact us immediately if there are any issues so we can address it and make it right.
- If you have a defective item or you are missing and item from your order, please reach out to dabaumshelp@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- NOTE: If it has been more than 7 days since receiving, there will be no credit or replacement.
- You MUST include pictures and/or a video of the defective item or the packing slip showing which item was missing.
- Do NOT use heat or quick setting epoxy on silicone molds. We will not replace molds after 7 days.
- Item will either be replaced with the same item if it's in stock or you will receive a store credit in place of the item if I don't have any in stock.
- There will be no credits or replacements on customized items so make sure tumblers are not defective BEFORE customizing.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ON ORDERS IS NON REFUNDABLE
- If an order is returned back to us because it is undeliverable as addressed you will receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.
